↩️ CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items you no longer want.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

⚠️ DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY ITEMS

All products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Items may be returned within 6 months if defective
  • Customers may request a repair, replacement, or refund
  • We will cover return shipping for confirmed defects

All returned items will be inspected before approval.

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Worn, used, or damaged items
  • Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or negligence
  • Items altered or repaired by third parties
  • Returns without original packaging

📦 INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange collection at no cost
  • You will receive a replacement or full refund

📩 RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

💳 REFUNDS

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error
